Muc va Mau (Ink and Blood), an arts collective of young Vietnamese Americans, was active in San Francisco from 1994-2000.
The 3 original members were Nguyen Qui Duc, Viet Nguyen, and Nguyen-Khoa Thai Anh, according to the Ink & Blood Article of Incorporation. They were joined by Thien Do, David Nguyen, Mong-Lan, and Isabelle Thuy Pelaud. Several of the Ink and Blood activists subsequently founded the Diasporic Vietnamese Artists Network (DVAN).
