Ai Van Quoc

Ái Vân Quốc (1975) is a poet and translator.

He was born near Thái Bình, studied ethnology and cultural anthropology at the National University in Hanoi, and is studying and working in Tokyo, Japan. He has published widely in Vietnamese print and web journals in and outside of Vietnam, and has also translated several Japanese and Chinese poets into Vietnamese, including Shuntaro Tanikawa, Bei Dao and Ye Hui.
